What is the difference between Basic & Special Effects editing?
Basic editing involves skin retouching and body reshaping. Special Effects editing involves changing colors, cloning 3 in 1, extreme body reshaping, removing you from the background and changing the color or putting other cool graphic elements behind you.

How many minutes before shoot can we enter studio?
You are allowed to enter the studio 10 minutes before your shoot start time.

Upgrade / Downgrade Package?
You are allowed to upgrade your package but packages can not be downgraded! To upgrade, please contact us via social media, email or phone call.

Do we provide Hair & Makeup?
No, we do not provide har or makeup. Please come hair and makeup ready.

Do we provide balloons?
No we do not provide balloons. You have to bring your own balloons.

Where are you located?
We are located in Miami Gardens & Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

How long before I get my pictures?
All the raw images will be sent to you via email 10 minutes after your shoot but editing takes 4-6 days from the day you send us back which ones to edit. We also have a $200 rush fee if you’ll like to get the edits back in 1-2 days.

How much for extra edits?
Basic editing is $20 per pic. Special Effects editing is $60 per pic.

How much to add extra people?
Please note there is an additional $50 per person to add extra people to packages that don’t come with additional people. Your friends are welcome to come join us and watch your shoot for no extra fee.

Ownership Transfer / Exclusive Rights
If you’ll like to own the exclusive rights to your pictures and ownership transfer, the fee is $2500.00 plus the package price. Upon contract agreement & payment, we will instantly delete every copy of all your pictures from our servers and you will be the only one with the original RAW files of your pictures. Please email us for more details.

Reschedule / Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule your shoot yourself for free at least 48 hours before your session start date & time. Check your email for further instructions. If it’s passed the 2 days grace period, you can pay a $60 late reschedule fee to have us manually change your shoot date & time.

Pet Policy?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets inside the studio. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Printing
At the present moment, we do not offer physical prints at the studio but you can print your pictures after the edits have been sent to you.
